Leading manufacturer and supplier of products for fastening, fixing, installing, connecting, insulating, protecting, and identifying electrical cables and data network infrastructure seeks a Technical Sales Representative to market their full range of products and services offered by the company, with the primary focus being product specification in the end-user markets.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Identification and establishment of new business through existing and potential customers.
2. Preparation of tenders, proposals, and quotations.
3. Technical presentations and representation of the company at technical events, trade shows, and customer shows.
4. Conversion of customer requirements into product specifications.
5. Project implementation and management.
6. Development of end-user sales strategies.
7. Maintenance of customer communication records and relevant sales data in CRM system.
8. Regular review of product specification achievements against agreed objectives.

Suggested Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

1. Post-matric qualification in an Electrical discipline (N6 or equivalent).
2. A minimum of five (5) years experience in a Technical sales environment.
3. Experience in project management and product specification.
4. Experience in the South African electrical industry.
