Duties & Responsibilities

The role: Systems Administrator, based in Century City, Cape Town.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Excellent tech support including maintaining, managing, and repairing IT systems.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Must communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organisation.
4. Must be able to work independently and take ownership of job responsibilities.
5. Liaise with service providers for services to the offices.
6. 2-3 years in a similar role.
7. MCSA: Windows Server or equivalent.
8. Microsoft Windows Desktop operating systems.
9. Network configuration.
10. User administration: Setup and Maintenance.
11. A+ / N+ certification.

Advantageous Tech Skills

1. Security tools.

3. Experience with WAN / LAN system monitoring tools (Nagios, Netflow).
4. Banking.
