Job Summary

To provide specialist advice and support in the area of specialisation enabling the effective implementation of risk frameworks.

Job Description

1. Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
2. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
3. Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitoring Data & Records Management controls and reporting on their effectiveness.
4. Incident Management: Investigating and responding to Data Privacy incidents.
5. Training and Awareness: Providing training and guidance on Data and Records Management policies, standards, and best practices to staff.
6. Reviewing and Releasing: Reviewing and releasing Data and leakage prevention emails where there are no leaks.
7. Guidance and Support: Providing guidance and support to business on data and records management requirements throughout business practices and projects.

Education

Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
