Casual dining Restaurant at a Hotel in the Ceres area is looking for a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef d' Partie with all round experience for a seasonal contract until February 2025.
You will be required to assist in facilitating the effective and smooth operation of the kitchen including planning and organizing the preparation, cooking and presentation of food as well as staff supervision and shift rostering, while promoting the company goals of guest service and satisfaction, teamwork, and financial performance.
