Brief Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Junior Restaurant Manager to join and lead their new restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar
2. Passion for motor sports and motorcycles
3. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
4. Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
5. Manage, train, and support restaurant staff
6. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
8. Support the Senior Restaurant Manager in executing business strategies
9. Monitor health and safety compliance within the restaurant
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
