Junior Relationship Manager

They're looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Relationship Manager to join their team and help them maintain and grow their customer relationships.

Job Objective :

The Junior Relationship Manager is responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager in managing and developing client relationships. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, assisting with financial transactions, and helping to identify opportunities to grow the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of banking products and services, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Establish and maintain relationships with corporate and financial institutional clients.
2. Conduct corporate and financial institutional client KYC onboarding and due diligence requirements.
3. Explore new business opportunities based on branch's performance targets.
4. Conduct credit analysis for potential financing business and prepare credit applications.
5. Periodic monitoring and post-lending management.
6. Other ad hoc works assigned by the head of Department.
