CodeConnect Staffing is a dynamic and growing recruitment agency specializing in IT financial services and administrative roles across South Africa and the USA. We are expanding our team and looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to help us find top-tier talent for our clients.

Role Overview

As a Junior Recruitment Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent. Your role will be to source candidates, build talent pipelines, and ensure we connect the right professionals with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Use various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, networking, etc.) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
4. Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and refine sourcing strategies.
5. Utilize Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing tools to find niche talent.
6. Maintain accurate candidate records and track sourcing metrics in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
7. Engage passive candidates through compelling outreach strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related role / Open to graduates who have completed an HR Degree.
2. Matric Essential.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Tech-Savvy.
7. Passion for recruitment and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
8. Basic commission.
