Job description

Managing the end-to-end process, from designing new campaign ads to screening and sourcing quality candidates. Apply a critical mindset to ensure candidates meet campaign requirements. This role entails working closely with the Operations Departments, so strong relationship-building skills are essential. A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a pressurized environment are needed for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write adverts and post on our recruitment platform.
  • Implement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidates.
  • Ensure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions.
  • Perform all administrative related duties.
  • Ensure high-quality standards are adhered to.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
  • Must be willing to work overtime due to operational requirements.

Basic Salary, plus incentives for successful placements.
