Well established company based in Centurion is looking for a Construction Support Manager or Quantity Surveyor with 4+ yrs relevant experience. Minimum requirements :

• Degree or Diploma
• RIB Candy experience would be an advantage
• Valid drivers license
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site project risk pertaining to the finance and performance of the project.
• Report on project status.
• Take financial risk on projects.
• Monitor the project to ensure it is managed in terms of the contract.
• Ensure that payment undertaking is signed by the nominated person of the employer.
• Check that the project is run within the allocated budget.
• Ensure that drawdowns and materials issued are in accordance with the budget.
• Ensure that the final account quantities are correct.
• Contract management pertaining to finance and performance.
• Ensure that contractual irregularities are addressed.
• Attend to and escalate concerns/queries (when applicable).
