As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team and work closely with our QA Manager.

Job Summary:
The Junior Quality Assurance Assistant will assist the QA Manager in ensuring that all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves coordinating quality assurance activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the QA Manager in implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update quality registers, including deviations, Change Control, and CAPA registers.
• Liaise with new and existing raw material suppliers to obtain the necessary documentation required for SAHNA certificate compliance.
• Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues, review floor documents, and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in updating the BOM Master Product list file.
• Support the QA Manager in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance reports, and assist in developing solutions.
• Help organize and prepare for training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators e.g., QC test results, and verification reports.
• Conduct PQR on all products to identify OOT, Deviations, CC, etc.,
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external quality audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the QA Manager.

Skills:
Essential

• Strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with drafting SOPs and WI.
• Competency in all computer packages (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulations in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Education and Experience:
• Diploma / Degree in Science.
• Experience as a graduate or intern in a GMP/ISO environment (Desirable).
