Junior Property Portfolio Business Development Consultant (Junior Property Manager)

Either a BSc in Quantity Surveying (QS), Building Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering is required. A BSc in Property Studies may also be considered depending on the individual.

Age: 25 - 35 years old, as this is a junior position.

Previous experience in:

1. Construction
2. Property
3. Leasing

You will work with the Senior Consultant and be developed and grown within the company as you gain experience over the years. You will be involved in business development and deals/transactions with the guidance of your Senior Consultant.
