As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and overseeing boat projects, ensuring impeccable quality, adherence to schedules, and budget management.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate in the development of project documents and templates.
Ensure strict compliance with quality and project standards.
Monitor project phases to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, and meet the client's approved quality standards.
Provide support to the Senior Project Manager in coordinating and supervising project tasks.
Act as a liaison with the client's representative during the ship's stay at the shipyard.
Organize and supervise work across different departments.
Manage internal project documentation and schedules.
Execute reporting activities for your project portfolio and team as directed.
Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering excellent results.
Adhere to company rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, upholding professional work standards.
Perform other reasonable duties within the scope of this role, as required by operations management.

SOFTWARE SKILLS
Proficiency in ERP business management software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with design and project management software, such as SolidWorks, SolidEdge, AutoCAD, Asana, SmartSheet, Monday, or similar tools.
LANGUAGES
Fluent in Spanish, with a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
TRAINING
Background in Naval Engineering, Technical Naval Engineering, or an equivalent University Degree.
Additional training in Project Management will be considered an asset.
CONTRACT TYPE & SALARY
Permanent contract.
