Junior Production Planner

My client is to employ a Junior Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven graduate with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in supply chain and production planning. No prior work experience is required, but a competitive mindset and a willingness to learn are essential.

Minimum Requirements :

• BCom in Supply Chain Management or BBA graduate.
• No formal work experience required.
• MS Excel proficiency is advantageous.
• Must have played competitive team sports in high school.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in production planning and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor and manage raw material availability and production flow.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data to improve planning accuracy.
• Ensure schedules align with customer demand and operational capacity.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and reporting.
