Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for Junior Operational Support at our Head Office in Midrand. To provide day to day operational support assistance by ensuring effective use of the EWM system by stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Essential:
Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Transportation, Logistics, Retail
1 – 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Environment
Advantage:
SAP Certification
EWM Systems experience.
Job Specification
Perform and document detailed testing of all improvements, enhancements, and reports.
Maintain, change, and support all relevant master data that drives all relevant supply chain systems.
Monitor and ensure smooth integration between all relevant supply chain systems.
Give regular feedback to the Senior Operational Support team.
Establish and maintain a sound relationship with all Operational Resources and Stakeholders.
Act as a first point of contact for all operational queries, escalate any unresolved queries to relevant personnel.
Provide a friendly and efficient knowledgeable service to all operations resources and stakeholders.
Ensure that all requests and analysis are identified and verified as correct by Supply Chain Core Solutions management.
Inform Management of any discrepancies and unresolved matters.
Identify, define, and investigate root causes of issues raised by operational resources or customers.
Perform daily health check of the system.
Manage HEAT calls according to Standard Operation Procedure.
Compile reports when required.
