Key Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute ARM Ferrous’ long-term, medium-term, and short-term strategies.
2. Profitability & Sustainability: Drive business growth and profit optimization to secure a sustainable future.
3. Operational Excellence: Lead and manage operational teams to achieve business objectives and shareholder expectations.
4. Corporate Governance: Ensure adherence to good corporate governance principles and the implementation of robust management systems.
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Resource Utilization: Oversee and optimize resource allocation across ARM Ferrous operations.

Requirements

1. BSc in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or Natural Sciences.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in mining.
3. Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competence (MMC) – Essential.
4. Senior management experience in the mining sector.
5. Business Acumen – Strong commercial and financial decision-making skills.
6. Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess complex issues and drive strategic solutions.
7. Leadership Skills – Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
8. Strategic Planning & Implementation – Ability to translate business strategies into actionable plans.
9. Excellent Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Negotiation & Stakeholder Relations – Ability to influence and manage key relationships.
