Junior Merchandise Planner

We are currently looking for a talented Junior Merchandise Planner to join our Head Office team based in Durban.

Responsibilities

1. Monthly supplier sales and store reports.
2. Turnover time with loading forms submitted and accurately listing these on the system.
3. Timeously following up with orders that have been placed and ensuring these are delivered.
4. Processing pricing submissions on the system.
5. Reviewing master data on product listings for errors and necessary changes.
6. Efficiently processing and actioning DI's for local and cross-border stock.
7. Loading promotions, providing CSV's, and reviewing sales for departmental adverts.
8. Accurately listing new products into the system.
9. Providing product listing, barcode reports, and processing FOB orders for the Merch and Shipping teams.
10. Accurately actioning price increases or decreases sent from the Category Manager teams.
11. Actioning authorized changes related to product status, hierarchy, brands, and barcode maintenance.
12. Supplier reporting on sales, stock, and store performance.

Qualifications and Experience

1. BCom Supply Chain Management
2. Minimum 1 year experience as a Trainee Planner/Junior Planner
3. Experience in working in a retail/e-commerce company is advantageous
