About the job:

At 10X Investments, we are on a mission to revolutionize investment solutions. As a Junior Investment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving our customer acquisition and revenue growth. If you're ambitious, goal-oriented, and ready to take ownership of a sales pipeline, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in their sales activities including lead qualification, quoting, lead development, and closing
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
• Own a book of business and meet sales targets
• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine their sales process
• Engage with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support customer research and support

Qualifications:

• Degree in Investment Management
• Completed RE5 certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Understanding of investment products and financial markets

Basic Requirements

• Tech-savvy and an early adopter of new tools
• Familiarity with Sales CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving mindset
• Experience working with highly technical online financial products
