Job description

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Silvertree Brands Creative Studio. This role is fast-paced and focused on e-commerce and digital marketing, requiring someone who can execute brand guidelines across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, packaging, and in-store POS materials.

A strong understanding of digital design principles and video editing skills are key, as motion content plays an increasing role in our campaigns. This role is ideal for an entry-level designer looking to hone their execution skills while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute cross-platform design work, including web assets, emails, social media, paid media, packaging, presentations, and POS materials.
  • Create and edit video content for social media, Google Ads, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Apply Brand Guides consistently across all assets while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Adapt existing creative assets for new campaigns, maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other designers to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Ensure designs are accurate, polished, and meet technical requirements before finalization.
  • Work within a fast-paced e-commerce environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Traffic Manager to manage workflow and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up to date with design tools, software, and industry trends to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Relevant qualification in Graphic Design.
  • Entry-level role – 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in digital design and video is essential; POS, packaging, and print experience is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating execution of brand guidelines across various marketing assets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Basic video editing skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Ability to apply existing brand guidelines with precision across multiple platforms.
  • Competency in Google Suite and project management tools (ClickUp preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative briefs accurately.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media formats and best practices for design and video content.

Soft Skills

  • Reliable and detail-oriented in execution.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively.
  • Good communication skills to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Adaptability to work efficiently in a high-speed environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • While this role is largely about execution and consistency, creative input in brainstorms and concept development is valuable.
