Junior Financial Manager Market Related

Duties & Responsibilities

A dynamic Internet Solutions provider based in Somerset West is currently in search of a proficient Junior Financial Manager to augment their team.

Candidates with a degree in accounting or relevant accreditation are preferred, along with a minimum of five years of experience.

Essential qualifications include prior experience in the property / rental industry and proficiency with MDA software.

DUTIES:

1. Accounting and related processing
2. Monthly TB review
3. Audit preparation and management
4. Year end audit journal review and processing
5. VAT reconciliation review and approval
6. Assist with accounting / audit queries
7. Cashflow management:

• Weekly payments review
• Daily, monthly cashflow schedules
• Bond Payments
• Intergroup funding / payments & cross billing

• Maintenance Budgets

REQUIREMENTS:

1. A Degree in Accounting or similar.
2. Accreditation advantageous.
3. Property / rental industry experience essential.
