Minimum Requirements:

2 or more years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Fluency in French is essential, as the role involves frequent collaboration with French-speaking countries across Africa.
Proficiency in Sage and advanced Excel skills.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to support decision-making processes.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Support budget preparation and financial forecasting, monitoring financial performance against targets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.
Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including receipts, invoices, and tax payments.
Assist with payroll and onboarding administration, ensuring timely employee compensation processing.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting financial administration.
Assist in optimizing and automating financial processes and procedures.
