Junior Financial Controller

• Managing and delivering consolidated financial reports across various countries.
• Leading and developing a team of five skilled finance professionals.
• Overseeing compliance with multinational standards, including IFRS.
• Collaborating with operations to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Ensuring accurate reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.

Education:

• BCom with completed articles.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 2 - 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Industry exposure in manufacturing, mining, or construction is highly advantageous.
• Proven people management experience, with a track record of building and leading teams.
• Expertise in reporting for multinational businesses operating across various countries.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
