Junior Financial Accountant Position

Location: JHB (Nascrec)

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Posting the relevant month-end journals.
2. Ensuring the correct intercompany contracts at the correct prices and tonnages are used.
3. Allocating Safex, hedges, and forex correctly.
4. Analyzing the GOCM income statement.
5. Preparing GOCM balance sheet reconciliations.
6. Reviewing all GOCM creditors.
7. Reviewing the Nasrec site stock count, procedures, stock gain/loss analysis, and stock reporting.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Finance Degree / Diploma.
2. 2-3 years relevant experience.
3. Completed SAIPA / SAICA.
