To coordinate tasks for E-learning and computer-based learning, in the People Support: Learning & Development Department to ensure digital learning and learning materials are developed and delivered across PEP.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
Learning in instructional design; or
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
At least 3+ years’ experience working in a similar environment
Experience with Udemy Administration and administration of similar platforms
Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Computer literate (Google Suite)
Knowledge and competency in video editing software (Wondershare, Adobe Premiere Pro)
Typing skills
Strong networking skills
Admin skills (planning, organising, prioritising and scheduling)
Be proactive in order to solve problems
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and similar platforms
Knowledge of Canva application will be an advantage
