Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To coordinate tasks for E-learning and computer-based learning, in the People Support: Learning & Development Department to ensure digital learning and learning materials are developed and delivered across PEP.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Digital learning solutions
  2. Digital Content Design
  3. Video Development and Design
  4. Learning Management System Maintenance
  5. E-learning process management
  6. Reporting and Analytics: E Learning
  7. Ad hoc responsibilities

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

  1. Learning in instructional design; or
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  3. At least 3+ years’ experience working in a similar environment
  4. Experience with Udemy Administration and administration of similar platforms
  5. Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  6. Computer literate (Google Suite)
  7. Knowledge and competency in video editing software (Wondershare, Adobe Premiere Pro)
  8. Typing skills
  9. Strong networking skills
  10. Admin skills (planning, organising, prioritising and scheduling)
  11. Be proactive in order to solve problems
  12. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and similar platforms
  13. Knowledge of Canva application will be an advantage
  14. Understanding of development of Learning material
  15. Interest in Learning
  16. Interest in online instructional design
  17. Creative
  18. Knowledge of Articulate (Rise 360)
  19. Competencies: Devotion to quality, Results-oriented, Structuring, Adaptability, Listening skills, Service-oriented, Stress resistance, Innovating
