Junior Designer - Fashion Graphics

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Designer to join a highly reputable fashion company based in Essex, focusing on fashion and fashion graphics for their rapidly growing accessories department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for graphics and accessories, a strong commercial eye, and the ability to think outside the box and develop new ideas, looking to kickstart their career in the fashion industry.

The role combines hands-on creative involvement with essential administrative support, giving you the chance to work alongside the Lead Designer and continuously learn and grow with the department.

Main Responsibilities will include:

1. Developing new innovative ideas and applying licenses and graphics to key blocks and accessories.
2. Trend Research & comp shops - looking at new trends in accessories, shoes, bags, hats, wash bags, etc.
3. Sample Management - organising and preparing samples for meetings and presentations.
4. CAD & Design Updates - assisting with updating CADs and ensuring all files are accurately maintained.
5. Supporting the design team in compiling insights and mood boards for upcoming collections.
6. General Administrative Support - ensuring the design studio is organised and well-maintained.

Person Specifications will include:

1. Degree in Fashion Design, Graphics or a related field with a passion toward accessories.
2. Extremely motivated and enthusiastic.
3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
4. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
6. Must ideally be able to drive due to the location and nature of the role.
