Junior Data Analyst

We have a great opportunity available for a Junior Data Analyst in the Sandton area.

Candidates will be responsible for:

1. Daily Reporting: Preparation and submission of the daily LSP Performance Report, DRA Loading Report, Daily Loading Order Discrepancy Report, and Daily Truck Status Report.
2. Performance Reporting: Preparation and submission of the Month-End Performance Report, Monthly LSP Loading Schedules, submission of performance approvals to LSPs, verification and submission of performance invoices for payment, follow-up on outstanding invoices, updating the performance schedule, and resolution of performance-related queries.
3. Export License Control: Updating the export licenses schedule with new data, maintaining records of export licenses, and resolution of Export License Queries.
4. Query Resolution: Ensure timely and efficient resolution of all queries related to your function, with follow-ups until resolved.
5. Correct and Efficient Utilization of Company Share Drive: Ensure all necessary reports, templates, and documents are up to date and saved under the correct folder.
6. Response Time: Timely and efficient response time on all communication via email, WhatsApp, and WeChat, with daily follow-ups on queries until resolution.
