About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage our dairy farm operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily farm activities, implementing effective management strategies, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the farm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily dairy herd operations, including milking, feeding, and health monitoring.
2. Develop and implement sustainable pasture management practices to maintain optimal grass quality.
3. Collaborate with farmers and other stakeholders to achieve production targets and improve farm productivity.
4. Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Requirements

1. Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous.
2. Minimum of 4 years' experience in dairy herd management.
3. Minimum of 4 years' experience in pasture management.
4. Computer literacy.
5. Mechanical aptitude.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Valid driver's license.
