Junior Creditors Clerk

A well-established company in Boksburg is seeking a Creditors Clerk to join their team!

POSITION INFO : Requirements :

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Diploma in Finance or Accounting advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable car
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Proficiency in Pastel and Excel

Duties :

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
• Prepare and submit reconciliations for local and foreign creditors
• Maintain and process petty cash and cashbook on Pastel
• Resolve supplier queries and process expense claims
• Handle credit card statements, ensuring correct general ledger and cost center allocations
• Ensure timely submission of supplier reconciliations for payment
• Assist with audit queries and new credit applications with suppliers
