Assist with daily contract management requests, including contract reviewing support, clarification processes, contract setup in the system, and maintenance of complete contract databases.
Follow up on customer obligations, ensuring that the information is correctly reflected in the system.
Review customer queries related to the customer contract and align with management on how to manage/proceed.
Assist with contract renewals, cancellations, and extensions, including uploading to the contract database.
Perform day-to-day duties assigned in relation to contract management.
