Assist with daily contract management requests i.e. contract reviewing support, clarification process, contract setup in system and maintenance of complete contract databases.
Follow up on customer obligations, making sure that the information is correctly reflected on the system.
Review customer queries relating to the customer contract and align with management on how to manage/proceed.
Assist with contract renewals, cancellations, and extensions, including uploading to the contract database.
Perform day-to-day duties assigned in relation to contract management.
Your Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.
Ability to analyze information critically and evaluate it correctly.
Broad understanding of contract management.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and an affinity for data analytics.
