Junior Commercial Attorney required in Randburg, Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Presentable and professional, with a positive attitude.
  2. Excellent business English proficiency.
  3. Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must.
  4. 1 to 3 years post admission experience a must.
  5. Interested in Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation a must (experience highly advantageous).
  6. Good grasp of commercial transactions.
  7. Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  8. Stable employment record and contactable references.
  9. Residing within daily commuting distance from Randburg.
  10. Seeking long term commitment with the firm (Growth opportunity).
  11. To start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handling mainly Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation matters for a small law firm.
  2. Drafting legal contracts, pleadings, and documents.
  3. Court attendances and appearances.
  4. General attorney duties.

Salary: R15 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on post admission Commercial Law experience).

Salary to be renegotiated after 6 months, depending on performance.
