Responsibilities:

1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
4. Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
5. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
6. Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
7. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
8. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
9. Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met.
10. Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
11. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
12. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
