Essential Qualities & Responsibilities:

  1. Daily capturing and processing of bank statements for all entities
  2. Weekly (and ad-hoc) capturing and processing of payments for all entities
  3. Preparation of all daily & monthly bank reconciliations for all entities
  4. Responsible for Weekly Cash Flow Reporting & the management thereof
  5. Preparing of BOP forms for all international inward & outward transactions
  6. Responsible for analysis of Bank Accounts & sweeping thereof
  7. Capturing of all journals related to the various cashbooks accounts
  8. Liaising with banks on all administrative matters e.g., new users, limits etc.
  9. Keeping bank mandates up to date
  10. Liaise with key stakeholders
  11. SAP - Business 1

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting or Finance, Honours being desirable
  2. 6 months successful completion of graduate programme
  3. Possess valid passport

Hours:

Monday to Friday 07h20 - 16h20 plus alternate Saturday mornings 08h00 - 12h00
