• Work alongside a Finance Manager and a CFO to deliver accounting services that are both accurate and timely.
• Get an excellent understanding of QuickBooks Online as the data source for all our clients.
• Capture all the bank transactions that pull through into QuickBooks.
• Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis.
• Perform labor breakouts and analysis for all our clients.
• Perform monthly loan and other journal entries to keep the accounting accurate and complete.
• Assist with preparing monthly/weekly management reports.

• A bachelor of commerce degree in financial accounting or management accounting.
• Individuals who work well in team environments and have a high level of communication.
• Someone who is proactive and will actively seek out ways to improve.
• An individual that will add to the work culture and develop meaningful relationships with work colleagues.
• Skills in accounting or management accounting.
• A good eye for detail.
• An individual who communicates productively with other team members.
