Junior Accountant (Degree/Syspro)

We are searching for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our client's growing team in Boksburg.

This position requires a deeply focused, organized, and meticulous individual with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly logged.
2. Manage and maintain Syspro.
3. Work with senior accountants to prepare budget, tax reports, balance sheets, and other documentation.
4. Aid in the execution of month-end and year-end close processes.
5. Support accounts payable and receivable duties, including vendor invoice verification, recording, and payments.
6. Record keeping and document management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Previous experience with Syspro or similar accounting software.
3. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Fluent in English.
