Junior Accountant / Accounting Clerk / Finance Assistant

Are you an experienced Finance Professional with a knack for accuracy and detail? Our firm in Alberton is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with Draftworx and expertise in financial statement compilation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and compilation of financial statements using Draftworx (experience with this software is essential)
2. Assisting with various accounting tasks and financial reporting requirements
3. Supporting tax preparation and compliance processes

Qualifications and Experience:

1. At least 1 year proven experience with Draftworx software
2. Strong background in financial statement preparation and compilation
3. Knowledge of tax processes (beneficial)
4. Financial qualification will be preferred but is not essential

Skills:

1. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
2. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
3. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
4. Willingness to do various tasks as and when required and to learn new skills
5. Contactable references is essential

Salary: Negotiable between R15,000 and R20,000, based on experience and qualifications.
