What You'll Do:
Sales Planning and Management: Focus on increasing demand through digital channels, ensuring business performance consistently meets or exceeds digital sales targets.
Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and optimize digital sales strategies, specifically for the SME business, to deliver top-notch performance.
Sales Activation and Campaigns: Ensure operational management teams are well-prepared for new campaigns, addressing any concerns and ensuring smooth execution.
Relationship Development: Build strong relationships across departments like SME, Product, Digital, Technology, and 3rd parties to support digital sales commercialization and business development.
Channel Optimization: Drive the migration of new-to-bank accounts to cost-effective digital channels.
Digital Onboarding and Origination: Support end-to-end customer onboarding and product origination on digital platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
Experience: Proven experience in digital sales and campaign management.
