2. 11 Years' and up experience within OD, Job Arch and strategic workforce planning
3. Must have experience within customer service
4. Digital service delivery exposure
5. Process Re-engineering exposure
6. Clear criminal record
7. Clear credit record
8. Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront
