POSITION INFO: JNR QUALITY ANALYST

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 Year's working experience in FMCG Industry
• MUST have Qualification - Food Technology / Biotechnology or Analytical Chemistry

Responsibilities:

• Uphold & Maintain the current QUALITY SYSTEMS
• HACCP (Advantage)
• Quality Control Testing
• Online QC Checks - BB / Label / Weight
• Issuing PPE / Factory & Yard Hygiene
• Laboratory Analysis
• Ensuring Lab ware are washed daily
• Assist with QC Testing / Shelf Testing
• All Lab Tests - FFA, PV, Moisture, Density, Color, Soap, Wax & GC

Additional Duties:

• Pest Control
• Monitoring of CCP's
• Documentation Control
• SHEQ Compliance
• Computer Literate - Microsoft Office, Windows
• Clean Criminal record - will be verified
