Your key job responsibilities as the Italian speaking Digital Luxury Sales Associate in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, both online and in-store
• Assisting customers with product recommendations, sizing, and styling advice
• Managing and updating the e-commerce website and social media platforms
• Working with the store team to ensure a seamless omni-channel shopping experience for our customers
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, and playing a key role in driving revenue growth

Requirements for this Italian speaking Digital Luxury Sales Associate job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

• Must be fluent in Italian and also able to communicate in English
• You’ll need to be a master of organisation
• Must have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Passionate about fashion and luxury retail
