Italian Brand Ambassador
Job description
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (oral and written: non-negotiable).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
- Tertiary education (advantageous).
- Must have the right to work in South Africa (VISA approved).
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite (non-negotiable).
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate customer interactions, provide feedback, and report to campaign team leaders.
- Handle customer service calls within the banking sector.
- Ensure all outbound calls are conducted in a professional, friendly, and polite manner.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service by achieving specified performance standards.
- Build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Ensure that the SLAs are met and exceeded with respect to back-office processing requirements as per client requirements.
- Assist with any other duties that may be reasonably expected of you within the Company.
