Qualifications and Experience:

1. National Diploma in IT/ A+ and N+/ Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician
2. A minimum of 2 years' experience

Responsibilities:

1. Test computer hardware performance
2. Assist end-users with basic IT problem solving
3. Assist in solving workstation breakdowns and difficulties by minimising downtime and ensuring the availability of IT service
4. Deploy and maintain all workstations
5. Install and maintain computer hardware
6. Basic knowledge of Hardware and Microsoft operating systems
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Strong service and innovation mindset
9. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Requirements:

1. Microsoft Office

Remuneration: Negotiable and based on the candidate's qualifications and years of relevant experience
