2 - 4 years experience in an IT technician / Administrator role
Install and Maintain Networks
Previous experience in the retail / FMCG industries (adv)
Strong Admin background
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Thorough, precise and accurate
Must be able to work under pressure
Proficient in systems, especially in Excel / Sheets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must have a driver's license and own vehicle
Willing to work after hours and weekends
Job Responsibilities:
Onsite and remote end-user support for all desktop devices for the staff
Ability to be a primary resource for IT projects at the site
Be required to travel to remote sites to support users or complete projects
First line support for telephony services and smartphones
Preparation and installation of end-user devices such as desktops, notebooks, and headsets
Logging of all incidents and requests on behalf of staff and management
A single point of contact for the staff for any IT-related issues, escalations, or consulting
Skilled in understanding applications within the environment, networking infrastructure management, server management (MS Server 2016 / SQL Server), domain management (DC and G Suite), and firewall administration
