It Technician

This is a full-time role for an Information Technology Support Technician at KLF Computing.

The technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and repairing computer systems.

The role is based in Hillcrest.

Qualifications

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
2. Experience in Desktop Computers and Printer Support
3. Computer Repair skills
4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
5. Knowledge of network cabling and wireless networking is a plus
6. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
