Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
2. Troubleshoot software, network, and system-related issues.
3. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and business applications.
4. Monitor and support network systems ensuring optimal uptime and security.
5. Assist with system upgrades, data backups, and cybersecurity protocols.
6. Respond to IT support requests and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
7. Support cloud-based systems and ensure compliance with IT best practices.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
4. Experience with networking, troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
5. Knowledge of contact centre technology and CRM systems is advantageous.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
