About the Role

We are looking for an IT Talent Sourcer based in South Africa to identify, attract, and engage top-tier IT professionals for our clients. You’ll leverage your market knowledge and sourcing expertise to build strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

1. Proactively source and identify IT candidates through various channels
2. Assess candidate profiles, skills, and experience to match them with suitable roles
3. Build and maintain talent pools for current and future IT roles
4. Stay updated on IT market trends to ensure an effective sourcing strategy

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment or sourcing
2. Knowledge of the IT job market and tech industry trends
3. Experience with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
4. Fluent in English (Dutch or Afrikaans is a plus)
5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
6. Based in South Africa
