Essential Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria, Northwest University, or Stellenbosch University
2. Matric Mathematics marks above 80%

Working Experience:

1. Experience in IT Software Digital software business workflow processes and designs
2. Experience in conducting IT Software Case Studies
3. Experience in designing automated workflow processes and effective integration with admin systems

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate process evaluation workshops with stakeholders for new or improved processes
2. Evaluate new/updated processes from a business perspective
3. Design and implement workflow processes and components for external clients
4. Design, test, and deliver IT Software workflow process-based software solutions
5. Provide ongoing enhancements and defect resolution
6. Provide online training and documentation in support of training
7. Create, implement, and maintain workflow processes and other IT software Digital Stack modules

Skills:

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Ability to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible, and team-oriented environment
3. Flexibility and adaptability to learn quickly in various software technical environments
4. Ability to meet expectations and deliverables on time and of high quality
