Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
ND (NQF6) in Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant IT experience, or NQF5 Training Certificate (such as A+, N+, Cisco, Microsoft or similar) with 6+ years of relevant IT experience.
Experience:
Technical experience in Desktop Support, providing direct IT support when required. Experience in:
Able and willing to work outside of normal working hours occasionally to meet service needs.
Knowledge:
Knowledge and background with IT Service Management disciplines and frameworks, including Change Management, Risk Management, and IT policies (DRP/Security). Infrastructure design.
