A company that specializes in high-quality, durable household products, including cookware sold through direct marketing with personalized service, is looking for a professional and dedicated IT Manager to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

1. National Diploma in IT or equivalent certifications (A+, N+, Microsoft Certification)
2. 5-10 years of IT Management experience
3. At least 8 years of experience with:
1. Computer hardware, software systems, and programs
2. Computer networks, administration, and installation
3. Troubleshooting, virus management, and cybersecurity
4. Microsoft Windows and Server Operating Systems
5. Active Directory and Terminal Services
6. Database structures and data extraction
7. Sage (Accpac) and Sage CRM (front-end and back-end)
8. IIS, Web Services, SSRS Report Writing
9. WMS and API Integration
10. Java or Angular JS debugging skills
11. Strong management, supervisory, and team-building skills
12. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
13. Effective verbal and written communication skills
14. Time management and stress management skills
15. Attributes including honesty, respectfulness, cultural awareness, flexibility, and trustworthiness

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. IT Management:
1. Plan, organize, and evaluate IT systems and electronic data processing
2. Develop and implement IT and telecommunication policies and procedures
3. Collaborate with managers to assess system requirements, costs, and timelines
4. Hire and manage IT personnel and contractors
5. Manage IT budgets and expenditures
2. Technology Accessibility:
1. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
2. Stay updated on company hardware, software, and network functionality
3. Train staff on current and new technology
4. Provide orientation and individual training on request
5. Maintain inventories of hardware, software, and IT resources
3. Technology Maintenance:
1. Manage firewalls, user accounts, and network access
2. Oversee hardware installations, updates, and essential software management
3. Ensure secure technology and maintain a complex password system
4. Provide recommendations for sourcing and purchasing new technology
4. Backup and Disaster Management:
1. Configure and manage backup solutions
2. Ensure disaster management plans are in place and tested quarterly
3. Maintain backup integrity to prevent data loss
4. Recommend new backup technology solutions
5. CRM and ERP Systems Management:
1. Manage Sage (Accpac) and Sage CRM systems
2. Provide first-line support and training to end users
3. Escalate and follow up on issues with developers
4. Ensure functionality of live, development, and test environments
5. Perform regular backups before updates or major changes
6. General Duties:
1. Assess and resolve all technical issues
2. Ensure system updates and redundancy for maximum accessibility
3. Perform additional duties as required
