This is not a remote working position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented eCommerce Product Manager to join the team. This role is ideal for someone technical who excels in structuring and improving IT workflows, ensuring efficiency and bridging the gap between IT and business needs.

The Position: We're looking for a skilled IT Manager to be office based in Woodstock, Cape Town. The pay range on offer is a CtC package between R45 000.00 to R55 000.00 Per Month.

Requirements:

  • Completed Matric
  • Completed a related IT Degree/Diploma qualification - essential
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Admin Centre and Licensing
  • Working knowledge of SQL database management
  • Working knowledge of on-premise infrastructure such as servers and firewall rules
  • Experience working with SAP, Made4Net, or similar enterprise systems
  • Prior experience in IT service management or business process improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, business process management, or IT support leadership
  • Experience in managing IT policies, process documentation and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in IT workflow tools and reporting systems

Responsibilities:

  • IT Governance & Process Management
  • Develop, document and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Oversee IT department time management, ensuring effective prioritization and allocation of resources
  • Ensure IT process flow is optimized and aligns with business needs
  • Maintain and update IT process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Executive & Departmental Support
  • Provide executive-level IT support, ensuring smooth technology interactions for senior leadership
  • Act as a liaison between IT and other business units, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives
  • Support and make recommendations to department heads with IT-related reporting and data insights
  • Reporting & Performance Management
  • Generate and analyse IT department reports, tracking key performance metrics
  • Monitor IT service efficiency and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback and insights to optimize IT department performance
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Supervise and provide training and/or guidance to two Junior IT Support staff
  • Oversee the IT Manager's workflow, ensuring a balance between technical system support and operational needs
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the IT team to enhance productivity
