Job description

To provide End User Technical Support for users of Clients. Manage, maintain, and repair IT systems. To maintain the company’s computer services and equipment. Build partner relationships with clients.

Build partner relationships and gain user trust as a trusted IT advisor.

Key Performance Area

  • Ensure that contracted customer Service Level Agreements are met (resolved)
  • Hardware and Software installations and maintenance
  • Plan for and execute service activities on installed machines, including assisting with installations, discontinuance, and repairs.
  • Migration to Office 365

Qualifications :

  • Matric; Technical Support NQF Level 4
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA N+
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Microsoft Office 365 Fundamentals – MS900
  • MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals (Windows 10)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Years of Experience :

  • 2 - 4 years of Technical Support with an emphasis on MS Operating Systems, MS Office or Office 365, and Office Applications
